Gabrielle Harris B.S., M.A. Ed. (Bachelor of Science in Psychology; Master of Arts in Education for Clinical Mental Health Counseling) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with six years of experience working with children and adults with issues such as: depression, suicidal thoughts, bipolar, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, and relationship issues. Gabrielle\u2019s treatment modality is Solution Focused Therapy (identifying solutions to problems and accessing one\u2019s strengths and current resources to help solve one\u2019s problems) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (identify one\u2019s thoughts (unhelpful), beliefs, and behaviors and how one affects the other to improve well-being). The purpose of this blog is to inform, inspire, and help one to better cope with life challenges using articles, books, online resources, and the counselor\u2019s professional experience. \n\n
